The 7-th edition of INTERMAT show dedicated to the construction equipments was held from 24 till 29 April 2006 in Paris Nord-Villepinte exhibition center. During this event, INTERMAT organized the innovaton Awards
Real revelation of the last striking technologies, the innovaton Awards is a competition which rewards the most innovative equipments and services. In 2006 , 69 applications were deposited. They were splitted between machines ( 24 ), equipments and constituents ( 36 ) and services ( 9 ). The jury included representatives of French and European organizations like FNTP, CSTB, CETE, CETIM, SEOPAN, Spanish association of contractors, the European industry construction association, IMAMOTER, the Italian institute of earth-movers...
In the Services category, 9 products were preselected and 2 were rewarded.
MéthoCAD received the silver medal for its new module of virtual reality and especially for the originality of his concept. Progistik offers not only software packages but also a services bureau for the realization of models in virtual reality.
Demos on large screen attracted a huge crowd. Apart the french ones, companies, From over 40 countries were interested by the software. .
On Thursday evening, press conference organized on the stand ended with a cocktail destinated also to welcome the customers who came to discover the version 7.8 of MéthoCAD and the equipment manufacturers partners for MethoCAD and exhibiting at INTERMAT. This show is always an excellent opportunity to tighten links with these last ones.
